England - Hedging Under the Tor

Towards sustainability     NB0887     Sat 1 Nov 2008  to  Sat 8 Nov 2008
BIODIVERSITY
Set on a rural organic farm overlooked by the ancient Glastonbury Tor and set in the beautiful rural Vale of Avalon, this break offers you a chance to have a go at hedgelaying and with 170m to lay there is plenty of opportunity to practice!

The farm is owned by a trust that organises trips for children in inner London to stay on the farm and experience rural life.

Staying at the comfortable and cosy farm lodge located on the farm with an open fire, lounge, large kitchen, dining area and 5 bedrooms means that the work site is only a few steps away.
