WILDFLOWER PLUGS - CARRIAGE RATES Orders under £150 before VAT - Carriage = 15% of order value. Orders £150-£500 before VAT - Carriage = 10% of order value. Orders over £500 before VAT - Carriage Free.
VAT @ 17.5% must be added to all carriage charges. Carriage charges will automatically be added to your order at the checkout. BULBS - Prices include carriage. SEED - Prices include carriage. RECEIPT OF GOODS - Orders are despatched by carrier except for small orders which may be despatched by post. On receipt of delivery by our carriers please ensure the following checks are made before signing for the goods. 1 - Check number of packages stated on ticket agrees with the number received. 2 - Check condition of packages. If there are any open or damaged packages, please write details on carrier's ticket before signing. 3 - After the carrier has left, open packages and check off contents. 4 - Missing or damaged items must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery. Delivery normally takes place within 2 weeks from receipt of order. |
