TREES & SHRUBS - CARRIAGE RATES -
Order value under £100 before VAT - Carriage = £12.50. Order value £100-£500 before VAT - Carriage =10% of order value.
Order value £500 and over before VAT - Carriage = 5% of order value. Orders for large numbers of tree stakes may incur additional carriage charges due to the weight. Please e-mail p.gospel@btcv.org.uk for details. VAT @ 17.5% must be added to all carriage charges. Carriage charges will automatically be added to your order at the checkout. RECEIPT OF GOODS - Orders are despatched by carrier except for small orders which may be despatched by post. On receipt of delivery by our carriers please ensure the following checks are made before signing for the goods. 1 - Check number of packages stated on ticket agrees with the number received. 2 - Check condition of packages. If there are any open or damaged packages, please write details on carrier's ticket before signing. 3 - After the carrier has left, open packages and check off contents. 4 - Missing items must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery. Delivery normally takes place within 2 weeks from receipt of order. |
